Hazards In The Workplace

This is a list of 10 possible hazards that could be found in two situations:
In the classroom at Kagan Institue
At a previous workplace situation

Classroom
  1. Poor arrangement of computer cabling creates tripping hazard.
  2. Power points that have been overloaded creating electrocution hazard.
  3. Incorrect computer monitor position causing muscular pain.
  4. Incorrect seating position causing muscular pain.
  5. Poorly constructed computer desk creates crushing hazard.
  6. Dodgy carpeting resulting in tripping hazard.
  7. Poor lighting within workspace resulting in poor vision.
  8. Electrically operated door improperly serviced creating a crushing hazard
  9. Projector incorrectly fixed creating falling hazard.
Previous Situation
  1. Large spools of printing material stacked incorrectly causes crushing hazard.
  2. Large guillotine sharp cutting edge without guard creates cutting hazard.
  3. Laminating press with large rollers creates crushing hazard
  4. Paint and additives creating a fire hazard.
  5. Fire extinguishers in a state of discharge becoming useless in an emergency.
  6. Sharp equipment incorrectly stored creating a cutting hazard.
  7. Power tools incorrectly stored creating a tripping or cutting hazard.
  8. Inadequate ventilation causing poor venting of poisoness gasses.
  9. Stairwell without a handrail creating a tripping hazard.
  10. Large workbenches insufficiently fixed to the ground may fall causing a number of hazards
